What kind of fabrics do you use in your collections?
We take pride in using high-quality, handcrafted fabrics including hand-block printed cotton, Chanderi silk, and various traditional weaves sourced directly from artisans across India.
How do I determine the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend checking your measurements against our chart, as our silhouettes range from slim-fit to relaxed-fit styles.
What is your shipping policy for domestic and international orders?
We offer free shipping within India on all orders. For international customers, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the parcel.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided the tags are intact and the garment is unworn. Please visit our Returns Portal to initiate the process.
How should I care for my handcrafted garments?
To preserve the natural dyes and delicate weaves, we recommend dry cleaning for the first wash. Subsequent washes should be done separately in cold water with a mild detergent.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India.
