Quality Check & Packaging
Ensure the items are in their original condition with all tags attached and place them securely in the original packaging.

Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
